“Update: They recognized their error, and agreed to credit me what is due. Still communication has been laggy both between them to I - and from them to the owner of the apartment. Now in direct contact with owner and things are moving along quickly. — They request direct deposit on the 1st of each month but then overcharge. When I called to discuss the extra charge (maybe a one time service fee?), they tried to tell me it is a monthly fee and I signed for it (I didn’t) and when I refuted this they put me on hold and then hung up. I called three times to be exact and three times i was put on indefinite hold. Services promised before move in date haven’t been delivered, and we are 3 weeks in now. I complained, no callbacks, no distinct communication, mystery fees, and when existent, rude customer service. Would not recommend”
