Purchased a used 2017 Ford Escape from this dealer (in 2018). The SUV was exactly as presented on autotrader. Price was lower that anywhere else for the SUV. The dealer is a small one man operation by Stephane. He has been in business for over 30 years. keeps a stock of about a dozen, low mileage, one owner cars. He inspects and makes sure cars are not accident cars. Price usually fixed. Upon agreement and payment, he can issue license right away and you can drive off. No issues in dealing with him. He has a number of repeat customers. SUV was arranged to ship to Toronto. He kept great communication. Delay in receiving was transport issue and he was on top of it. No issues.
