I Dealt with a young gentleman named Joey! I met with him about 2 weeks ago and he always kept contact about the car via text messages! Amazing service and very professional.10 stars

They got amazing cars, the people there are nice and are not paid by commission.

However, I don't like the service from Tesla very much, the service people at the dealership don't have any flexibility to do anything more than what they are supposed to do.

Policies are very strict, and I always feel more like a number rather than a human customer

Compare to Tesla shop in Montreal, this place is far better. Just to be clear, this is NOT A DEALER. No it is not, every sale rep who works at Tesla shop does not get the same benefit as the car salesman at regular car dealer. I guess they get salary. They perform their duties as it should be. I am satisfied with their customer service anyway. The rep name Alex answered all the questions I had and I got warmly greet the moment I got there, there is nothing to complain about. The place is big, parking is easy, it is a lot easy to access than the one in Montreal.

I used to view electric vehicles as not serious cars, and I did not expect a lot from them. Then I had a conversation with a good friend of mine who recommend I take a test drive in one. It was so easy, I booked it online, showed up, was welcomed by a very nice staff member, and I was on my way. I must say, it is an experience I will never forget, and I know cars in and out very well, take it from me everyone; if you want power, elegance, and a vehicle that will hug the road, get your self a Tesla. It is truly amazing and well build. I fell in love with it instantly, and I put in an order for a Cyber-Truck.
