No problem but the 5" skirt was only 3" billed $20.00 initially but refunded when contacted as forgot to do.

Love our new cover. It's definitely lighter than our previous cover but that hasn't changed the performance as far as we are aware. Great customer service as well!

5/5 product and service. I got somewhat lucky that the size I ordered was scheduled for production that same week, so I got the call that my cover was ready for pickup in 4 days from ordering. I was expecting weeks and even months which was consistent with every other retailer offering similar products. The ability to skip expensive shipping (don't be fooled by those offering free shipping..it's baked into the price) was a huge plus and pickup was easy and convenient.

The product itself is exactly what i expected and might even fit better than the original. the skirt is tight around the edges and no vapour is leaking out at all. It even has a center insulation piece that my original didn't.

Would buy again 100%
