My husband Phil has made several recent purchases.
The first purchase of three pairs of ‘Big Bill’ work pants was Phil’s mistake, so he sent them right back. The fit was too bulky.
The next purchase was three pairs of ‘Dickie’s Original’ work pants. Much trimmer, better fit.
The last purchase was two more pairs of ‘Dickie’s Original’ work pants and a ‘brawny’ shirt jacket, all with a very good, trim fit.
Phil sees people complaining about communication and service.
Don’t panic! Relax and let the staff do their job.
Phil discovered that if you just allow them enough time, they will get your deliveries to you.
And if they owe you money on returned goods, don’t just ‘chew them out’ and accuse them of stealing your money!
Give them time!
They will get around to you!
At least this is Phil’s experience anyway.
Phil believes that they are doing the best they can.
