“Wow, what a great service, I always wanted to grab a Kanuk but never liked any design they do, finally I settled on the Mont royal desogn and I was in love, it’s so elegant, classy sporty contemporary, Nathan the sales guy, obviously new generation, yong man, was so different than this new generation, knowledgeable, took the time to answer all questions, advised me to try different models and finally settled on the one I liked already, mont Royal, amazing quality, so warm, Nathan was bilingual and as I said took all the time to satisfy us, what a customer service before sales, no need to talk about customer service after sale, this is the one and only , tip brand that I trust I. Quebec for jackets, they know what a winter jacket in Quebec should be, I previously tried Canada Goose and this by far, is superior over canada goose, let’s not forget the last at the caisse, unfortunately I forgot her name, don’t blame me, I’m 46 lol, she also took the time to answer all my questions and made sure to explain the warranty, I will specifically go there again to ask the yong lady her name to update this review, because she deserves a 5/5 review for the customer service and patience she had! Bravo ! I highly suggest Kanuk and this store specially.”

My sister and I were looking for specific clothing, something out of the ordinaire, a few quality pieces that I would cherish and love for years to come. That’s when we met Naila and her crew! I felt like Julia Roberts, in pretty woman, and mind you, I’m not in my 20’s or 30’s, so for me to receive an amazing service and one of the best experiences in a store is truly rare! “My husband Phil has made several recent purchases. The first purchase of three pairs of ‘Big Bill’ work pants was Phil’s mistake, so he sent them right back. The fit was too bulky. The next purchase was three pairs of ‘Dickie’s Original’ work pants. Much trimmer, better fit. The last purchase was two more pairs of ‘Dickie’s Original’ work pants and a ‘brawny’ shirt jacket, all with a very good, trim fit. Phil sees people complaining about communication and service. Don’t panic! Relax and let the staff do their job. Phil discovered that if you just allow them enough time, they will get your deliveries to you. And if they owe you money on returned goods, don’t just ‘chew them out’ and accuse them of stealing your money! Give them time! They will get around to you! At least this is Phil’s experience anyway. Phil believes that they are doing the best they can.”

“Used to like it here and came for the kids rental equipment for years. The rentals were never top shape but always OK. This was probably the last year because the equipment we got is in very very bad shape :(. We expected them to be able to honor their yearly subscriptions at any time in the season because that is the whole point of renting for the year and paying in advance. The shop is bigger and nicer than it used to be. Too bad that the quality of service was not also upgraded.”
