Excellent Service, great selection. There are lots of styles to choose from with good descriptions and lots of pics. Arrival was later than projected but that is par for the course these days and not their fault. They kept us in the loop though, so no surprises. They are very accommodating with friendly service.

I ordered over the Internet because I was looking for a Canadian company that made a folding electric bike. Although the components are obviously not all Canadian I like the fact that I gave the business to a national company. The pricing was very competitive and my contact with the people there was very positive. The bike was easy to assemble as it came mostly put together. The learning curve was not too bad (there's a system that you have to use that you will have to figure out but it is fun regardless). The power is sufficient for most people. I'm at the top range of their weight limit and on a flat surface the bike goes to top speed but climbing hills is sometimes a bit of a challenge. Otherwise a great bike.

I purchased the RF350 a few months ago and love it! The big came almost fully assembled which was great. The customer service was fantastic too, I had a few questions before purchasing and they were answered very quickly. I would recommend Merkava to others looking for a good quality eBike at a fair price.
