“I ordered over the Internet because I was looking for a Canadian company that made a folding electric bike. Although the components are obviously not all Canadian I like the fact that I gave the business to a national company. The pricing was very competitive and my contact with the people there was very positive. The bike was easy to assemble as it came mostly put together. The learning curve was not too bad (there's a system that you have to use that you will have to figure out but it is fun regardless). The power is sufficient for most people. I'm at the top range of their weight limit and on a flat surface the bike goes to top speed but climbing hills is sometimes a bit of a challenge. Otherwise a great bike.”

“Frustrating shoes searching experience. First that you cannot get close to the shoes exposed on the wall to check them out, due to Covid-19 no touching restriction. Second the employee on the floor not very helpful. Asked for size 8 shoe to tryout and brought me a size 11. Then I asked for another style and they brought only one shoe to try. Everyone knows that you need to test both shoes at the same time to have a good idea if they are comfortable... They have a good variety of hiking shoes and sometime good specials.”
