“I had such a great experience buying my vehicle from Vimont Laval Toyota. I live in Ottawa and saw the vehicle on autotrader, so going through the purchase had extra complications but I would easily make the same decision to buy from them and go through the extra hurdles. They offered my vehicle (13,000 km) at the same price as one in Ottawa that had 60,00km. So the offer was very fair, and they don’t try to push you into a financing arrangement by offering a financing discount. When I went to see the vehicle the first time, the previous owner had done some sloppy paint touch ups to cover rock chips, but they assured me it would be fixed profess and I was very happy with the results. Francois and his partner Claude were incredibly patient and attentive and answered all of my questions throughout the process. When I was back in Ontario trying to register the vehicle ay service Ontario, I was missing one document, and the sales team got on the phone immediately with me, found the document, and faxed it right away. Even well after the sale, Francois took the tine to ensure I was mailed the rubber floor mats that went with the vehicle (but they were not at the dealership the day I took the car). This dealership is really top notch, and they genuinely care about their customers. Even though buying a vehicle in Quebec and registering it in Ontario is a small additional hassle, I would absolutely do it again. Maybe in a few years I will, but for now I absolutely love my new car and I’m so happy I decided to buy from Vimont Laval.”
