I must admit that the impression of "Used Car Dealers" is not generally favourable, but my impression changed when I recently bought a vehicle from Auto Max. For one thing, this was not a straight-forward transaction - I wanted to have two cars that I sold privately used as a courtesy trade to one I was purchasing from Auto Max. Of course, best laid plans...when I came to make the transaction, one of my buyers backed out. However, Joe was very accommodating and was especially helpful when one buyer was having issues with the registration at an Ontario Licensing Office. All-in-all, a very professional and courteous service and I would highly recommend them for any transaction.

I was looking for a Smart electric car. The employee and owner are very knowledgeable people in this field. They were both very curtious and helpful. They answered all my questions as silly or as complex as they could be. I did not need to wait all my transactions was done in the same day. They also confirmed I would be able to make it to my home all in one charge if I stayed under 100km on the highway, well they were right and I still had a bit of juice left.
