“Slow drive thru... though it shouldn't be the case. The business model is based on fast food but it's often not the case. It saddens me when I'm hoping to zip through the drive-thru in 3 to 5 minutes and then I end up waiting in line that I can't leave for over 20 minutes. You can't even drive over the median to get out and bail on what you thought was going to be quick. So I generally love the brand and enjoy the good quality food and prices. The drive-thru experience seems to Mark me every time.”
