“I had an extremely positive overall experience with firm. Living in Eastern Canada (out of Province), found it difficult to locate a skilled local craftsman to perform desired modifications for firearm for the Shotgun Sports ( installation adjustment comb and 4 way adjustable stock plate /Browning 725 /pictured on website). To be direct, was initially a bit hesitate about sending out my firearm to anyone. Being a Professional Engineer, I recognize I can be a bit detailed oriented about this type of thing. I guess it comes from recognizing the multiple skill sets required to perform the required task in a superior manner: a combination of skilled machinist and woodworking. Not to keep the reader in suspense, owner’s combination of training and many decades of experience delivered a superior finished product. Given the superior hardware as compared to OEM, my opinion is the finished product is better than what is supplied with a standard Browning of a similar configuration (comb adjustment). I was pleasantly surprised with the woodworking as well color match on the comb cut. I could not tell the difference in color from the factor finish. Credit where credit is due here, owner is excellent (and patient) at answering all questions in prompt manner with a high level of detail prior to forwarding firearm: option, weights of all components, superior quality of hardware selected, method of finish match, etc. .This level of customer service continued throughout the entire process. This specifically includes timely unsolicited updates on work progress (e-mail with short text description with associated images of work in progress). I was able to arrange a site visit to allow initial adjustment. Firm is an easy hour or so drive from Trudeau (YUL). Found owner both knowledgeable and very professional. While he was willing to work with me remotely for initial adjustment, found site visit very helpful for initial setup and would recommend if possible. Due airline issues, had firearm shipped to home Province. Superior packaging was noted and absolutely no issues on return. Owner also provides after service sales support answering technical questions. My French skills are marginal at best, no issues with communication. Owner was willing to accommodate me in English in written E-mails and face to face meeting. Recommend E-mail communication as allows detailed responses and no misunderstandings. It is very difficult to locate skilled, competent people. Owner certainly falls in this category and strongest recommendation for others to utilize his services; either in or out of Province.”
