(October 17, 2018, 5:14 pm)Claude (and André Filion) in service is very professional and extra courteous. (I haven't had any major repairs for my 2013 Edge so cannot comment on the quality of the mechanics... so gave 4 stars total ..even though the service counter is 5 star).
