The service had parts sent from Mont-Laurier so that they could help me out one hour before closing. They saved my weekend!

Daniel experienced salesman. Worked hard to find us the right Ram pickup. Contracts confusing and he made an error in the total where we paid too much. Our accountant found the error. Avril in accounts fixed the error promptly.
This spring they installed our summer wheels. Nuts on one wheel came loose after only a few kilometers. (same thing happened to me at Ford this spring!!!). Would have been good if they credited the faulty installation. I have lost trust in the garage. I will get my service done elsewhere now.
