Hotel was excellent.. Staff was very polite...But you can not expect ppl to keep skies on car roof ...I can I have cheep skies....but if I had expensive ones I would be taking them in my room....

We had a room with a kitchenette. We were disappointed that there weren't many cooking tools in the kitchen. We specifically chose a room with a kitchenette due to COVID. There wasn't a cookie sheet and the frying pan wasn't a non-stick, so was a mess to clean up. We had to go buy an aluminum disposable cookie sheet for one of our meals. I6t would have been nice if the TV was about a foot higher. When we were watching in bed, it was hard to see the lower half of the TV because of the bed and sheets. I would get this room again, but bring more kitchen tools

Great location in village nice size rooms especially 1-bdrm with double queens. Good ski in ski out. Even better place to stay when hot tub and pool table is running! It’s a bit dated now but clean and comfortable good kitchens.

Rooms with quite dated furniture and TV, no roomservice, and visible barely minimum maintenance.
Microwave old and smelly, small fridge barely keeps stuff a bit fresher than room temperature.
Younger staff helpful and nice. Older ladies quite rude, and on the verge of refusing to speak English.
Location is at the heart of the village and next to the gondola so thats why it gets 3 stars.

Convenient location in relation to the mountain and close to the village yet far enough away not to hear and feel the crowd of the village. Lots of option for shopping and eating within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms are well kept and clean. Beds are comfortable and clean linen. My only complaint as the kitchen was lacking needed supplies to keep my family of 5 fed, not enough curly or dishes, only had setting for 4 people but beds for 6 people.
