Tour des Voyageurs

The rooms are decent, clean and location is excellent. The only reason for rating 4 star is the hypocrisy of the staff. Most staff had their masks on but there were few odd staff who would have their mask down. As a guest if you were seen with your mask down, you may get a dirty look or even asked to put the mask on. I appreciate the staff wanting to keep people safe but same set of rules should be apply to the staff and guests - not just selectively with the guests.

Great location. Close to everything and a short Cabriolet ride to the top of the resort! Mountain, lakes, bike paths…. It’s paradise!

This was my third stay at this hotel within less than a year where sometimes i reserve more than one suite. however this time it was a big disappointment.

They gave me the impression that i got a nice suite which was not the case and resulted in ruining my trip as my plan was to stay in the room most of the time.

More details (To whom it may concern):

The night before i called the hotel to see if i got a 2BR suite above the explore store entry as i previously requested (knowing that requests are not guaranteed). i was told that the related rooms aren’t currently available however they mentioned i got a ‘large’ two bedroom suite with a different view.

The next morning i called reservation and made sure that i can still change my reservation dates as i was planning to increase my chances to get a nice 2 BR suite by postponing my departure a day or two if needed.

However when i called the receptionist, she mentioned “you’ve got what you have requested” so i repeated my request twice just to make sure. she did not mention what kind of room i got exactly (sounded like for security reasons??!) but she repeated the same sentence Two more times.

I said cool they fixed it!

After a long drive it turned out that i got a disappointing small suite on the last floor. the guy at the reception mentioned that i only have two other options, a view on the main outdoor parking and a room on the ground floor.

really?? the hotel was at 10% occupancy or even less.

Today I was finally happy to leave that room.

I am putting 3 stars to be fair taking into consideration my previous stays..

It's a convenient place to stay near to all the commerce and attractions, however is a bit expensive knowing that the place it's ok but is not a big deal.
