“I bought chairs there. The chairs were not expensive and very comfortable. A friend of mine had warned me that their products usually come damaged because that was her experience. After building 3 of my chairs I was really happy that none were damaged. I was happy because there were no more in stock of my color. But unfortunately my last chair was damaged. :( I had gone 30 minutes away to buy them cause that store had some in stock so there was no way I was going to undo every chair and go bring them back for a refund. Which is what they wanted me to do. But I asked for a credit instead. After 3 weeks, they called back to inform me that unfortunately I had to return them. Huh? Really? They would rather loose my whole sale then give me a credit for the chair? Bizarre. I would have bought more stuff but ... They lost points there and I am keeping the chairs anyway.”
