Excellent reception. Professional and friendly at the same time. Strongly familiarize yourself with the cultivation of bonsai. Conifère ou feuillus.ca is worth the trip for a visit.
Very passionate owners and a great selection of bonsaïs
8$ admission per person - worth it if you're looking for something different. Fall bonsais were beautiful.
We knew they had bonsai trees here, but we had no idea what we were in for. There are more bonsais here than I've ever seen in my life in all gardens combined, and they are beautiful. The staff is super friendly and really care about what they're doing, the varieties of bonsai is excellent, and the grounds were really a highlight. Just being there felt good, and despite it not being an incredibly big property they made it feel like an entire exterior design theme park. Even the rocks were decorated with water areas and specific plantings.
For price the bonsai trees range from $25 to $15,000, depending on whether you want a simple young plant with no frills, to a 100 year old master-crafted work of art. Many beautiful bonsai designs involve plants arranged around stone work, with various trimmings like succulent plants and different stones and moss. This is the kind of place where you're happy and upset at the same time - because you can't have all of them.
If you're in Rawden and you don't hate plants, go here. Even if you're not in Rawden, go here anyhow.
Beautiful store where they grow Bonsai trees, thousands of them, surrounded by beautiful Laurentian automn forest, a must see
