“We took the ski lift up...along with many others who were biking. The views from the top of the hills were amazing. All of the trees for miles around were showing their glorious colours! It was awe inspiring. We walked back down so that we could enjoy a little exercise as well. 😉”

“One of Quebec's biggest lakes, surrounded by an inmense protected area. In summer great for hiking, or driving ATVs through its trails, in winter even more beautiful one of the favorites for Snowmobiles.”

“We knew they had bonsai trees here, but we had no idea what we were in for. There are more bonsais here than I've ever seen in my life in all gardens combined, and they are beautiful. The staff is super friendly and really care about what they're doing, the varieties of bonsai is excellent, and the grounds were really a highlight. Just being there felt good, and despite it not being an incredibly big property they made it feel like an entire exterior design theme park. Even the rocks were decorated with water areas and specific plantings. For price the bonsai trees range from $25 to $15,000, depending on whether you want a simple young plant with no frills, to a 100 year old master-crafted work of art. Many beautiful bonsai designs involve plants arranged around stone work, with various trimmings like succulent plants and different stones and moss. This is the kind of place where you're happy and upset at the same time - because you can't have all of them. If you're in Rawden and you don't hate plants, go here. Even if you're not in Rawden, go here anyhow.”

“Nice mountain, good skiing, but only 2 non-detachable chairs which means they are very slow. It is rather a long drive from Montreal, and the views certainly make it worth the trip. Just pack your patience for those chairs. Darn good job the skiing and views make up for it. Oh, and all the staff I dealt with were exceptional. ??”

“A very nice and family friendly ski resorts. I visited this resort in Jan and the conditions were good. Sadly I didn't get a chance to try all the runs but those that I went on were excellent. Long runs for beginners and intermediate skiers and very good value for money price wise for the lift tickets. I experienced some extremely friendly and accommodating interactions with the staff which was very nice.”

“Such a nice family ambiance, super friendly staff. We did the forest walk (about 2.5 hours) then down-river kayak (about 3 hours), such a perfect day. The falls are gorgeous to visit while on foot and going down the river is gentle, yet a blast since there are some very easy faster rapids (that last 10 seconds!) but just enough for a super safe family memorable river kayak afternoon.”
