“These guys are great. Bought a cottage in August and knew nothing about sceptic tanks, etc. We had an urgent issue with the pump and I dreaded the thought of having to request a service call. They sent someone within 24 hours who was knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue. I appreciated the that he took the time to explain how everything works and how I can do some preliminary troubleshooting should anything come up again. They were fairly priced with amazing/pleasant service. I did not hesitate to use them to install a UV water filtration system as we get our water from the lake. Again, fair price, great quick service and thorough with a follow up visit to test the water to ensure it is safe to drink. Everyone from the person taking the call to the technician on site is knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend them.”
