“The cashier was not very smiling and in my eyes, exaggerated in the face of the measures related to COVID. I work in a retail business; I am very aware of the risks associated with the virus. But frankly, to be treated like a contagious leprosy, that displeases me. There are products to disinfect surfaces and thus protect us and the employees. It would perhaps be a great avenue that would allow us to regain the cordial service that we had before.”
