“We visited for dinner at The Hatley and it a was very special venue. You can feel the history inside the building and the level of hospitality and service is doing it honor. We had the 8 Service course to taste a little of everything and it was very good with a few servings even better. Portions are small enough to get you to the end and the balance of tastes in every plate is carefully designed and executed. A tip, it's the kind that clean the table at each serving, the expensive kind, but what a service!”
