I am reviewing the produce not the facility.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the Mirabel team regarding their choices of packaging their produce.

Outside of a brief window, items such as Boston lettuce are usually only found individually packaged in a clamshell. The Boston lettuce I purchased today came in a very reasonable small bag: a much more efficient use of resources!

So thank you to the Mirabel team for "growing responsibly" and remembering that responsibility right up to the customer's hands.

Guided tour open to tbe public. Family business. See how they grow several vegetables. They also give you a gift basket which is a really nice gesture.
