I have been with them for years and it's rare to find a company in any domain that offers such an efficient, polite and pleasant experience. I did have a glitch once early on, but they corrected the error very quickly and in a very fair manner.

Bravo to Mario and his team

I am super-impressed by Mario and his team. I was in a emergency situation as the heating oil tank to close to empty and the temperature was about to drop to -22C overnight. I called Bélanger around 9:30pm (Saturday, Feb 05) evening and Mario answered immediately. He sent a driver to deliver heating oil in about one hour. Such an excellent service resolved my emergency and put my previous heating oil company to shame (see below)! I highly recommend Mario and his team!

[I called Norco (where I had automatic delivery of heating oil) on Monday when the oil tank was at 1/4 and operator said he would send a message to the dispatcher. By Friday, there was still no sign of delivery so I called Norco again. The operator said he could send a message to the dispatcher but beyond that there is nothing he could do.] I thought the heating oil could last for a few days but I was wrong. When I checked Saturday evening, the level was very close to zero. I was really panicking since it was already -17C and dropping.]

Great service

I called a company who supplied our family for over 40 years for an emergency on a Friday evening.I was told by a customer service rep that it would only be treated on Monday.The temperature was minus 20. I found Mazout G Belanger! What a great experience! I could not believe my ears when Mario I say Super Mario confirmed that yes no worries our truck will be there within 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.I could not believe my ears! 45 minutes to the point the truck pulled up and filled up our tank! I recommend this company beyond any other! Congratulations to your great team they are truly a breath of fresh air.
