We did business with Poly-Rénovation at the end of 2019 at the beginning of 2020 for an exhaustive repair to our house at the time due to an alleged hidden defect. I will not go into more detail because the case is before the courts.

We searched a long time for a general contractor to help us. 17 contactors were contacted and all withdrew at various stages of the process. Only Alex from Poly-Rénovations offered us his help and completed the repairs.

It takes a contractor who knows his business surrounded by several trades and skilled workers to come to the end of redoing a complete facade of a two-storey house, including frame and joist repair. In addition, you need a contractor who is not afraid to guarantee his work and explain his work in court when necessary.

The work was complex and even more manufacturing defects were discovered along the way. The professionalism and competence of the bodies of labor and workers that Alex has managed to assemble are phenomenal. A big thank you.
