The first time we bought the lamb curry it was excellent, the second time it didn't look good at all, the color was pale, moreover, my husband had asked to add more korma since there was none and he was told that there is some underneath the meat, it was not korma but water, it looked like the water you get when you defrost food..The week after my husband asked the butcher to cut lamb thigh he refused and he told him to take the lamb shoulder.
