We were delighted with the service and the professionalism of Enviro-Steem. We had three rugs that required special attention. Two were high quality rugs that had been neglected and were restored beautifully...beyond expectations., On a third rug, they agreed to test it and make a recommendation to see if it could be saved. They determined it would not be worth the cost of cleaning and disposed of it with our permission. We will have them clean other rugs as needed. In addition to the work they were informative and pleasant to deal with.
I am totally impressed with every aspect of our service with Enviro-Steem. From our initial phone call inquiring about services, to the timely arrival, and excellent service they provided, they were professional, courteous, and honest. I am very glad we found Enviro-Steem to clean our large area rug. They picked it up, gave us an accurate quote, set realistic expectations about what they could do to rid it of dog urine stains, returned a perfectly clean and fresh rug earlier than anticipated.
