We had a great shopping experience at Kif-Kif Import. We were greeted by William who is very professional and helpful. We found a beautiful, unique hand-carved chest which can also serve as a great coffee table since the design is on all 4 sides. Also, very sturdy! We are very happy with our purchase!

Great unique products and excellent customer service. Ordered 4 dining room chairs, and e-mailed Kif-Kif since there was no delivery option on the website for our address in Montreal. Rep ensured our chairs were delivered the following day for free. Thanks!

Our purchases have not been delivered yet so I am only rating the service received from Guillaume at the Dix30 location. While shopping we appreciated his unobtrusive assistance, and then later his proficiency and guidance while having to exchange one of the items.

We got our dining room table there. Great materials - solid wood top, cast iron and metal base. The sales staff, and delivery manager and team were all very professional and detail oriented. They also delivered on time! Email and phone communication was also good. I definitely recommend this store! I'm writing this rating because I realized how valuable good companies are and I'm glad they exist - other stores like Germain Lariviere are very fancy and posh when you go in, but the after-sales followup and service can be a harrowing experience.
