“Folks, Canadian KFC has been in decline for a reason. I have not been in one in 18+ months. While other restaurants are innovating and adapting with time, KFC looks has not. It's not a bad thing, but the infrastructures, tables and chairs arrangements has not changed in a decade, at least. Retro look is cool sometimes, but it needs a good make over. The food as you would expect. The Big Crunch sandwich is my favorite. The popcorn chicken is also great in my opinion. The authentic fried chicken is fine too. But don't go there for something else. I I overheard a gentleman complaining how his poutine did not taste great. I mean he's wasn't wrong, but KFC is to chicken. I am happy to say that the service was impeccable. Very courteous and polite. Overall fine, but needs improvement.”
