I hired Road Runner for moving a machine. Jean arrived on time and the company who were packing up the machine were behind schedule and took over a hour and Jean lost his time. I felt very bad about this and Jean organized another company to come and pick up the machine later that day as his schedule did not permit him to fault on other customers appointments. Jean never tried to guilt me about the time he lost. Great guy, great company, estimate was great and I would use their service again in a heart beat. Thanks guys.

I got stuck in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn in Pointe-Claire. My car wouldn't start. I called Dave's towing and made an appointment in the afternoon. The tow truck that arrived was from Road Runner towing. He arrived within the time frame that the person on the phone said. We pushed my car out of the parking space and the driver of the tow truck loaded it on his flatbed. He followed me in his truck back to my house and unloaded it, and he even helped me to push the car in the garage. Really nice guy!
