Always looking forward to coming get my birds food there! These guys know what they’re talking about and are super helpful unlike other places that spread misinformation! The staff is amazing, sweet, friendly, kind and knowledgeable! :)

I got my hand-fed budgie here. The staff in the aviary department were very knowledgeable. They took excellent care of the bird and gave us so much of their time. I love my little companion! He is very affectionate and smart and I think it’s because they played with him every day and fed him well, and also allowed us to visit him as much as we wanted before he was old enough to be taken home.

Just went in and spoke to Anthony in the fish department.
Was very very happy with his advice and acknowledgement on fish!

Fav pet store always have my crickets in stock and they have such nice and helpful staff. ☺️ A variety of playful pets apart from the ferret, which can be a bit moody from time to time but I guess that just their personality.
