Started really going after Covid as there are amazing classes, and super fun atmosphere

Nothing beats APC, the trainers are beasts. Max intensity, no chit chat, just business. If socializing in a gym is your thing, stay home, APC ain’t for you. In JC we trust.
By far my favorite gym in Montreal. The trainers are top notch. If you are looking for a challenge this is the gym for you!
No better gym if you are looking for Maximum challenge. Workouts are hard, trainers experienced and motivating, and great vibe all around. If you are looking for a solid workout, this is your place.
Fantastic training centre. Specialized equipment, very clean, very well maintained, fantastic training programs. Definitely recommended!!! Nothing compared to regular gyms. Way better!
