Montreal based glasses company. I've purchased over four pairs of glasses and even sunglasses, and I've been nothing but satisfied. Amazing customer service! A+. The associates alway find favorable solutions no matter the situation. Lenses are of good quality and very affordable. You can order your glasses online or in store. There's a wide variety of frames to choose from (unisex). You can even virtually try them on virtually. The computer simulation is pretty funny and somewhat accurate. Delivery is quick, easy and you're notified throughout the entire process.

In terms of overall service and efficiency, I got to give top marks here.

Had an appointment late Saturday, was able to find a nice fitting frame, and got some feedback from the staff on different options. Made my selection, and everything else was done online. One thing that I did prior to coming here, that probably expedited the process, was that I had a prescription from an eye exam I had taken at an optician closer to home. So as opposed to waiting for another appointment, I had what I needed for the quickest possible turnaround time.

I was advised in store that it would take about 10-12 business days. To my surprise, it was only five. Measured my PD online (also got quick response time when I had to retake my photos to measure it) and finished that up Monday, and got the shipping confirmation Friday.

Glasses came in today, with a nice case and microfiber cleaning cloth. Everything checks out, glasses are nice, lenses are perfect, and all for about half of what I was going to spend at another optician.

So, 195$ for prespection lenses, shipped to my door, with a case and cleaning cloth. Great value. I'll see how these hold up in the coming months, but overall, the experience definitely warrants a future look here, should I need another pair.
