Everything from pricing the home, preparing the home, showings and dealing with offers, and the advice provided at each stage. A pleasure to work with. He truly has the qualities of someone you want representing you. He's patient and smart. He's professional and sociable. This particular sale became complicated when the buyer pushed hard to demand post-inspection adjustments, but Steve kept us on track with a steady demeanour and a practical approach. Steven gave me an amazing service. He represented a rental house I was interested in. It took me two visit before I made a decision. He gave me *all* the time I required for inspection, all the infos I needed, was a great intermediary between me and the landlord, and was never in a hurry to do "something else" while serving me. He represented / described the property in which I was interested very accurately, no BS, no "used car lot" tactics, no pressuring sales tactics. He was the definition of cool and straight.
He did due diligence concerning my financial background, serving the other side of the transaction (the owner) quite well too, but that was to be expected for anyone wanting to serve well both sides of his equation.
