Price was very good too. Wenju is the agent who took care of everything and I highly recommend her! She is professional, organized, straight to the point and just knows what she is doing. “Bought out my lease. Dealt with Melissa Bouhmeri and she was prompt, polite and helpful. I have had no issues other than having to get them to update the credit bureau as it stopped the last 6 months of my lease, but she sent me paper work to state they had sent in the proper forms to report. Just transferred the lease into my name and I loved the car so much I am keeping it. They helped rebuild my credit due to my own mistakes. Yes, they can be difficult to reach, hence only 4 stars, but other than that I am very happy.”
