(April 25, 2022, 6:45 pm)Bought out my lease. Dealt with Melissa Bouhmeri and she was prompt, polite and helpful. I have had no issues other than having to get them to update the credit bureau as it stopped the last 6 months of my lease, but she sent me paper work to state they had sent in the proper forms to report. Just transferred the lease into my name and I loved the car so much I am keeping it. They helped rebuild my credit due to my own mistakes. Yes, they can be difficult to reach, hence only 4 stars, but other than that I am very happy.
