“Updated again Sept 2 2023: I tried again (because they are close to work)... this time some wonton soup and an imperial roll. First: it was $17 for a very small soup and the roll. Which is a bit pricey. The service is good. They are polite and bring you the food with some water. The imperial was ok... but the wonton soup was not good at all unfortunately. I only finished it to avoid wasting food. The dough was very mushy like paste and the meat was the same... the broth lacked any taste or flavor and for almost $7 they gave me 5 wonton. Unfortunately i will not be returning, i tried to give them another chance. Sushi Itamea is much much better and just a few blocks away... Update #1: We used to love eating here. The people were really nice and the food was always fresh and good. Unfortunately there was a change in ownership a few months ago and everything but the service and friendliness changed. The new owners are really nice but the food has changed. They are putting something in the sushi rice that is different and the wafu sauce that comes with the maki rolls has been combined with something else. The taste is just off. We tried it 3x after it changed hands and it is not the same. It is really unfortunate because we used to love eating there as we are in tbe neighborhood every day.”

“I like trying new restaurants with different foods from different nations. This weekend, we tried this Pakistani restaurant. It came recommended by a local, who frequents this place. I guess everyone's tastes are different. We started with two huge vegetable samosas. They were crunchy on the outside and filled with loads of tiny pieces of potato and green peas. A tamarind and mint sauces were provided for dipping. Then we ordered our main dishes. We thought we would have some leftovers, so we ordered three dishes: a chicken sizzler, a beef seekh kebab and chicken balti. It came with a choice of rice or Naan. We chose the Naan. The chicken sizzler was dry and too salty for me. I used the sauces for the samosas to moisten the chicken. The beef seekah kebabs were moist and very nicely spiced. It was served with a small green salad. The chicken balti was delicious but very small for the price. Good thing we ordered 3 mains for 2 people because the portions are small and two would not have been enough. This restaurant deserves another try. Stay posted.”

“So good! I've been ordering from Pendeli's since I moved to the area and they never disappoint. Only once did they forget my fries on an order, but they gave me a credit on my next order which was fine (they asked if I wanted the fries right away but my kids didn't want to wait). Their pizzas are always amazing. Tonight we ordered an Americana and a pepperoni pizzas. I'm not sure if they always put the pepperonis on top of the cheese (instead of under) but it makes a huge difference and I highly recommend it. First time trying the Americana pizza and I'll order it again for sure. I've never dined in but maybe I make a visit over there one day.”
