They are using fresh local ingredients to create generous and delicious Chinese food. Combine that with local beer flavors, and a focus to be thrifty and environmentally friendly. Do not expect a fancy restaurant, as it has confusing decor as they try to use what is on hand to make the feel more festive and authentic.
