“The store has been great and the pizza has been fantastic... Up until now. We enjoyed ordering our pizza every weekend. But today is the last day we order from there. It started three weeks ago... We ordered our pizza as usual on the weekend and it didn't taste the same, it really wasn't the greatest. Then last weekend the bacon was different so the flavour changed. We asked why and were told unfortunately the bacon had changed. Then this weekend we ordered our pizza as usual again and it was bland and half the ingredients than what is usually on it. We enjoyed our pizza from there and we always looked forward to the weekend to be able to order. The owner changed everything... It's unfortunate because it WAS great. You can tell she put love into making her pizza's. As my hubby said "we were very fortunate to have such great pizza in Val-Des-Bois for a short time" and we told everyone to order there. I hope you know as an owner, that change isn't always for the best just to save a couple of dollars and unless you bring back what the pizza was and that she made with love... You have lost our business. This is the only reason I gave it 3*, otherwise it would have been a 5*.”
