“Oh wow, what a wonderful place! I'm so excited that we have such a brewery in our beautiful region. Their beers are all uniquely brewed and delicious! The tasting room/restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, HUGE but absolutely not commercial. They grow a lot of their own produce offered in their meals and whatever they can't grow, they obtain locally. Their menu is very creative with lots of German flair and everything I tasted was 5 stars.”
