“Great gym with amazing staff. The gym is one of the best around. It’s clean and they take great care to keep the machines clean and in great condition. You will find everything you need from weights to free weights to cardio equipment. They have a great selection of modern equipment and really keep up with what’s “in.” ***Amazingly LGBTQ+ friendly. I would also add that as a masculine woman this was one of the few places that I felt comfortable and safe in the change room.”

“I dropped in for a workout on my way through Quebec. Decent facility. Pretty good variety of equipment. Day pass was $11ish. You can tell they made the best of an older building. Showers are in rough shape though and have a funky smell.”
