“IMPORTANT summer 2022: only public laundry room remaining in the corner of Alma!!! The right of access is minimal: $10 per car (regardless of the number of passengers) $5 per motorcycle $3 per pedestrian The beach is clean and the sand is fine enough to make beautiful constructions with the children. The cold water of our beautiful lake is invigorating and helps get you through hot days. The volleyball court is rather crooked but it's still a nice addition and gives more space to play than the beach (especially when it's crowded). Plan your pittance because there are no snack bars or convenience stores nearby. The bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately, when we visited, the men's showers were not functional. The laundry room was a blessing for us after more than a week on the road. The quays offer a beautiful little walk which gives the opportunity to watch the boats and other craft which frequent the surroundings of the Lake. They also offer a place away from the hubbub of the beach where you can put your chair down and read or chat to the sound of the lapping water. All in all, a very nice stop on a hot day!”
