(July 10, 2023, 8:22 pm)Super informative and well-informed butter making workshop! Had cheese offered at the end to taste too. Learned a lot about the history and how the cheese factory got developed. Would recommend if you’re in the area like us for a road trip :)
(July 27, 2022, 11:55 pm)The place looks great, however the staff speaks French only. We had to pass on the tour, but we did purchase some cheese from their store, the cheddar is amazing!

(July 26, 2019, 9:44 pm)Wonderful experience in making cheese from a company that had been operating since the late 18hundreds. Great for kids made cheese with my granddaughter. Wonderful 2 hour experience. Would highly recommend it if you are in the Lac St Jean area of Quebec.
