A suggestion if the owner sees my comment:

Reduce the salt! Sometimes it's really too much... it's easy to add more with us, it's impossible to remove it though :)

Everything I've bought so far has been absolutely delicious! The owner takes the time to talk to us, when we see him, and he is really very nice and cordial! The employees are just wonderful, welcoming, always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend this company, as much for the quality of its dishes as for the excellence of the staff.
