“This is in connection with their U-Haul office only. Excellent service from Automobile Du Mont employees, the truck and trailer were ready as agreed. They clearly explain the procedure for securing the car to the trailer but I should have asked for a demo of how to undo and reconnect the trailer to the truck. This U-Haul branch does not have belts for rent, the covers (new) and heck were in very good condition. The truck is super clean and ready to use. The Overdrive function is poorly explained and I burned half a tank between Chicoutimi and l'Étape, after consulting online how and when to use it I only consumed 1/2 tank until Montreal. So, highly recommend this U-Haul branch for your truck needs.”

“My Sprinter Van died this past weekend in the Monts Valin area, while I was on a snowmobile trip with my trailer. I contacted MB first thing Monday morning, as soon as they opened. Sebastian in service was quick to assure me that they would look at it right away. The flatbed truck from SOS arrived and the van was in their shop by 10am. Stefan, the van technician, was fantastic, traced the problem, and got me back on the road again before the end of the day. They also gave me a car to use while I was waiting. I could not have asked for better service, and the way I was treated, was fantastic. Thanks to all who assisted me. I am not from the area, but, if I was, I would purchase a car from them, and return for service. This dealership is fantastic!”
