Very Large inventory for all of your sports needs. Really good customer service and fast! It was a really good experience in this store.
I like this store, but I don't like the bag option they propose. I have no issue with paying for a bag for my things, but please you should have a green option and propose a paper bag that can be recycled or be use for compost. An OTHER reusable plastic bag that will sleep with all the other bag of this type of very wasteful.
Staff didn't seem to be willing to help me at all. Had to push them to check for item in the back and had to push them to check for availability in another store.
Two days later: just got off the phone with the store manager explaining the e-commerce strategy being managed from HQ where local franchisees cannot implement their reality online in a timely fashion. Ship to consumer will soon be available and asking clients to call store for bikes/canoes was not something corporate marketing wanted to do on the Quebec website.
Now we will work together to find a solution and hopefully there is a bike coming to the store soon. Really liked the proactive outcome of the dialogue and be aware that when you see quantities on a website for larger items the good old phone is still the best way to go apparently.

Do not rely on website availability data for any of their stores since staff have a standard answer to any “out of stock” issue arriving to store when the item cannot be bought online.
Teenager answered “Somebody came in an paid a deposit to come pick up bicycle later.” When asking if there was a second client doing the exact same thing for another incorrect stock discrepancy it became obvious that his bogus answer made no sense whatsoever.
Honestly you better rely on smaller stores, call them, get a true answer and save yourself an hour drive for nothing.
Called another store 12 km away before driving there and same thing happens: oh we don’t have anything left, but this bike is available (not listed on their website) so you can come tomorrow to see it.
Big box retailers going backwards in customer experience!
