“Had a pedicure and acrylic nails done for the first time here. Beautiful salon but pricey. Pedicure was done nicely but my acrylic nails were strangely shaped. I went back and they redid them nicely free of charge. My daughter had also done acrylic nails with holographic polish. They immediately started to bubble and within a couple of days, the surface of the nails started to crack. I couldn't take her back until almost 2 weeks later because of her schedule in school. I don't think they believed us about her nails and implied it was due to something she did. They recommended she do a refill for a good price even though her nails were done barely 2 weeks earlier. The good price was a 5$ discount from a $55 bill for a refill with shellac. Very disappointed.”

“As a spa lover I think I visited all major spas around and Le Finlandaise remains my fave. My yesterday's visit was a bit of disappointment because of a urine smell as you get close to the changing rooms. This is what I love about this spa: starting at the bistro the food is always great and a glass of wine in a bathrobe is a must as part of experience. I love the modern style and a variety of different rooms for all tastes. I especially like the secluded barrel looking sauna. When I come with a friend we can always hide there and chat because these barrels are empty most of the times and we don't need to worry about bothering anyone. Complementary tea is super useful. They recently added plush throws everywhere, you can use them around the fireplaces outside. The changing room is better than many others around - more room, little stools help especially in the shower. What I don't like as much: because we usually come late after work there is never parking available. The shuttle is helpful though. The salt room was better before. The salt didn't look real this time. This time the facilities were not as clean as usual and we were visiting on Monday and it was not that crowded, so I am giving it only 4 stars for that. I will be back in a few weeks and really hope they improve the cleanliness.”
