French Drain Installation. We used to have water infiltration in our bungalow’s basement in three places after heavy rains. In Nov 2018 Matthew and his team installed french drains, exterior wall waterproofing, membrane etc., fixed cracks, and installed an inside sump pump. Since then, after heavy rains and 2019 spring thaw, we have had absolutely no more water in our basement. I initially wanted an outside sump pump (seems strange to bring water into the basement from the french drains and then pump it out again). Matthew would have done this but pointed out the future issues of pump access and maintenance and advised against it and I agreed. I paid extra to use the hard, white, non-flexible drain pipes instead of the cheaper flexible black corrugated drain pipes. I also paid extra to have all of the excavated clay removed and replaced with crushed stone compacted every foot. (Very impressive to see the 'stone slinger' trucks in action). Matthew quoted us a competitive price for all this work with a detailed list of all the tasks involved. Matthew was the only contractor to point out that we needed to ask the city for a connection to the city pleuvial storm drain system. Work was done by Matthew’s team Justin, Sean, Craig and Jordan with frequent visits by Matthew. The team worked very well and very professionally together and took time to answer all of my concerns and questions. The work was done extremely well and exceeded my expectations, they even came back after all the work had been completed to do some final cement touch up that I had not even noticed. I have recommended Solage Solide to others and would not use anyone else for any future work. Well done Matthew and your team.

The guys are just awesome and the price is right. I had 3 cracks to fix. Excellent work. I hung out with the guys while they worked and they didn't care. Easy to talk with plus they helped me move some stones that were bugging me no sweat. I'm super bad with names but Matt was awesome. The 2 guys that worked here was Sean and Justin( I think) awesome guys. If I didn't have a current job I'd wanna work with them just cause of how good they work and their attitudes just rocked. The cracks are guaranteed for 15 years which is top. I know for any other cracks or foundation issues I get, 100% I will be calling Solage Solide. Thanks guys
