Fantastic experience today buying a guitar from Jeremy. Firstly great communication by email before I arrived as I checked the guitar I wanted was still in stock. When I arrived the store was very well set up with covid restrictions, I felt very safe. Provided me with all the time and equipment I needed to test out the guitar, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Jeremy found a great case that fitted it perfectly and wasn’t crazy expensive. Guitar was cleaned before I took it away. Couldn’t be happier.

Awesome new store. Carys quite a large selection of instruments. Went for some speaker cables but will definitely return to look at banjos, ukes, and mandolins.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. No pressure, no hovering, very relaxed atmosphere. Zach & Brandon (and most likely other staff members) know how to share their knowledge to make your experience here more than pleasant.
I'm an absolute beginner - only wish that I'd picked up my first guitar 50 years ago. I'll be back!

Get service! Ask to speak to Brandon, very knowledgeable, takes his time and offers great customer service. Very helpful and gives his honest opinion when it comes time to selecting the right gear for you. If you go to this store ask for Brandon!!
