“I too love this store.BUT..and a big but. I recently had an experience that left me feeling disappointed. Every occasion..I buy Gift cards for my daughters there.I feel they are generous ones..and I feel grateful that I am able to do this and want to. I never had a mom after my teen years to surprise me with a Christmas gift. Usually the cashier might make a nice comment..like lucky girls..or recipients..and it makes me feel good. Nothing. I asked if there were any envelopes left that went with the card..what's there is there..LOL..no..wrong answer. Not a smile..nothing..and I smiled and I tried. left wishing I had bought the certificates where the store would have appreciated my business.. I think the management should hold meetings on customer service ..for the cashiers. I just returned from the US..Home Goods..etc.. Happy cashiers,happy for our business. “We looked at other places for our kitchen reno and then I was recommended by a co-worker about this place, have to say I felt comfortable dealing with them since it was a big expense for us. Sebastien was great, gave us suggestions and was patient with us, since we went through 7 updates from the original design. Matthew came and took the measurements, gave me some great suggestions about the cabinets and we made the last changes. The date finally came cabinets delivered the day before, and next day bright and early the installer was at the house. All the cabinets with done in one day and the ogies and final stuff were done day after. I have to say the installer's work was amazing, the kitchen is just beautiful compared to what we had before, so much more storage. Guys I cannot thank you enough for the great work that was done.”

“Nice store and the only place you can find the écolo books required by LBPSB. You need to know your price as you can find much of the supplies cheaper at Walmart, Bureau en Gros. That said, this is a one stop shopping. You should be able to find all the school supplies here. Lots of parking along the side and you can access the site from the backside (it is well marked).”

“Fantastic experience today buying a guitar from Jeremy. Firstly great communication by email before I arrived as I checked the guitar I wanted was still in stock. When I arrived the store was very well set up with covid restrictions, I felt very safe. Provided me with all the time and equipment I needed to test out the guitar, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Jeremy found a great case that fitted it perfectly and wasn’t crazy expensive. Guitar was cleaned before I took it away. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Women’s clothing selections not the best but what they did have was decently priced. Great selection of kids clothing found a pair or Ryan’s World (my 4 year old is obsessed with him) pyjama pants for $2 as well as a superman shirt for $5. Baby clothing was a pretty reasonable price as well so bought my 7 month old a little outfit. Probably going to go here for my oldest sons back to school outfits. Staff were very nice especially given how loud and friendly my son was being. This is an exchange only store so no refunds so keep that in mind if you go there. Definitely would recommend.”
